Biyografi

Hakkari’nin şemdinli ilçesinde doğdu. 2010 yılında radyo televizyon Bölümünden mezun oldu. Metrography bünyesinde 2011 yılında photo master Class yanı sıra belgesel ve foto röportaj eğitimleri aldı.

Gazeteciliğe 2001 yılında umut dergisi ile başladı. Kurdish Peport, Marvin Magazine, Metrography photo Ajansının foto muhabirliğinin yanı sıra İMC tv’de Çalıştı ve Nar Photos ajansı bünyesinde fotoğraf çalışmaları yürüttü.

Işid’in Şengal’e saldırısı ile Suriye ve Irak’ta haber ve fotoğraf çekti. Türkiye’de de sokağa çıkma yasaklarının uygulandığı kentlerde yaşananları takip etti.

Ağırlıklı olarak savaş, savaş mağdurları, mülteciler ile kentlerin hafızası gibi Konularda fotoğraf çalışmaları bulunuyor.

2010 yılında okuduğu üniversiteden çalışan gazeteciler onur ödülü; 2015-2016 Yıllarında iki yıl üst üste görüntülü haber dalında Metin Göktepe gazetecilik Ödülü; Türkiye Gazeteciler Cemiyeti basın özgürlüğü ödülü, halkevleri özgür basın ödülü ve Ayşenur Zarakolu düşünce ve ifade özgürlüğü ödülünü aldı.

İlk kişisel fotoğraf sergisini 22 nisan 2007 yılında açtı. Sırasıyla Avusturya, Almanya, Fransa, Japonya gibi birçok ülkede fotoğraf sergileri açtı. Belgesel fotoğraf ve foto röportaj çalışmalarına halen devam ediyor.

Aynı zamanda artı tv’de de çalışırken, Diyarbakır fotoğraf sanatı derneği DİFAK'ın başkanlığını yapıyor.

Biography

He took news and photographs in syria and ıraq with the attack of ısıs on Shengal. He followed the developments in the provinces where curfew was imposed in Türkiye by taking photographs. His photography works mainly on subjects such as war, Victims of war, refugees and the memory of cities.

Honorary award for journalists working from the university he attended in 2010; metin göktepe journalism award in the category of video news for two Consecutive years in 2015-2016; he received the turkish journalists' Association press freedom award, community centers free press award and Ayşenur Zarakolu freedom of thought and expression award.

He opened his first personal photography exhibition on april 22, 2007. He Opened photography exhibitions in many countries such as austria, germany, France and japan. He still continues to work on documentary photography and Photo interviews.

While working at İlke media at the same time, he is the president of diyarbakir art Of photography association (DİFAK).
